These Terms govern your use of Chuhai Cloud (the "Service"), operated by 1583523 B.C. LTD. (British Columbia, Canada). By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Chuhai Cloud is a business tool for managing social-media accounts across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp: publishing content, viewing performance metrics, and handling inbound messages and comments in one place.

2. Your accounts & authority

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for complying with the terms, policies and applicable laws of each platform you connect, including their content and posting rules.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to post spam, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, review requirements, or security controls.
• Do not use the Service to violate any third party's rights.

4. Platform APIs

The Service acts on your behalf through official platform APIs. Platform features, availability and limits are controlled by those platforms and may change. We are not responsible for platform outages or changes to their APIs or policies.

5. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from platform actions taken at your direction.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or platform policies.
