One dashboard for the social and ad accounts your business owns.
Chuhai Cloud is a web application for cross-border businesses. It publishes content to, reads statistics from, and handles incoming messages and comments on the TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts a company owns, and it lets that company report on and manage its own Google Ads campaigns in the same place — through each platform's official API, and only for accounts the user has connected and authorized.
What Chuhai Cloud does
Publishing
Upload a video or image once, then post it to the connected accounts the user selects, using each platform's official publishing API. Every publish is initiated by the user.
Performance dashboard
Reads back the user's own metrics for their own accounts — followers, views, likes, posts — and shows them in one place instead of five apps.
Unified inbox
Reads and replies to direct messages and comments that come in on the user's own connected accounts, within each platform's messaging policies.
Team and leads
Organizes accounts, teammates and sales enquiries for a company selling in several markets, so a conversation can be handed to the right person.
Google Ads campaigns
Reads the customer's own campaign list and daily spend, clicks, conversions and ROAS back into the same dashboard, and lets a user pause or resume a campaign there. Chuhai Cloud does not create campaigns, ad groups, ads or budgets through the API. Every change is made by a person clicking confirm.
Advertising with the Google Ads API
Cross-border sellers usually run paid search alongside the organic channels above, and today they have to switch between Google Ads and four social consoles to see what is happening. Chuhai Cloud puts both in one screen. Our customers connect the Google Ads account their own company already owns, through Google's OAuth consent screen, from inside Chuhai Cloud.
Reporting (read)
We read the customer's own campaign list — name, status, channel type and budget — together with cost, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value by day, plus the CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA and ROAS we derive from them, and show it next to their organic social numbers. Reporting is refreshed when a user opens a report page or asks for a sync. There is no timer, no poller and no background job in this path — every call to the Google Ads API originates from a person using the product.
Campaign management (write)
A user with permission can pause or resume any campaign in a linked account, and the change is written back through the API. Campaign name, budget, status and channel type are all shown before the confirm button. Chuhai Cloud also lets a user compose a campaign draft, but a draft is a local record only — we do not create campaigns, ad groups, ads or budgets through the API.
No automated spending
There is no automated bidding robot, no automated budget reallocation, and no scheduled job that creates or edits campaigns without a person asking for it in that session. Every write is the direct result of a human action in our interface.
How we make money
Customers pay a recurring subscription for the software. We do not resell advertising, we take no commission on ad spend, and we do not operate campaigns as an agency. The customer's own staff makes every decision.
Scope of access. One OAuth grant per customer, for the Google Ads accounts that customer already controls. Tokens are stored against that customer's workspace only and are never used for another customer's account. Tokens are never returned to the browser and never appear in an API response. The customer can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Data handling. Campaign and performance data pulled from the Google Ads API is stored per customer so the dashboard can show trends over time. It is not pooled across customers, not resold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train machine-learning models.
A full technical description of this integration — the exact API services we call, how quota is handled, and how data is stored — is published at /google-ads-api-design, and the product screen is described at /product/ads.
How it works
- Connect an account. The account owner signs in on the platform's own consent screen — Google's OAuth screen for Google Ads and YouTube, and each social platform's own screen for the rest — and grants access. Chuhai Cloud never sees or stores platform passwords.
- Create and publish. The user prepares a post in Chuhai Cloud and chooses which of their connected accounts it goes to. Nothing is posted automatically.
- Measure and reply. Chuhai Cloud reads the user's own results and inbound messages back into one dashboard and inbox.
- Disconnect at any time. Disconnecting an account in Chuhai Cloud deletes the stored access tokens for it, and access can also be revoked from the platform's own settings.
Step-by-step instructions for each platform are in the documentation.
Who it is for, and where
Chuhai Cloud is operated by 1583523 B.C. LTD. in Canada and is available to businesses globally in markets where the connected platforms operate. It is not restricted to mainland China or to China-based customers. Exporters and cross-border sellers use it to run the social accounts their own business operates. It is a management layer on top of accounts that already exist: the customer authorizes their own accounts, and every action is taken on the customer's behalf, at the customer's instruction, through the platform's official API.
Chuhai Cloud does not provide, resell or proxy access to any platform in a region where that platform is not available, and it is not a tool for creating or operating accounts that belong to anyone else. Where a platform's terms restrict a feature by market, Chuhai Cloud follows that restriction rather than working around it.
Data and privacy
Official APIs only
Access is obtained through each platform's OAuth flow, for accounts the user explicitly connects. No scraping, no credential sharing, no automation of other people's accounts.
Limited use
Data pulled from a platform is used only to provide the features above to the user it belongs to. It is not sold, not pooled across customers, and not used to train machine-learning models. See the Privacy Policy.
