Inbox and comments

A post that works produces questions, and those questions arrive in four different apps at four different times of day. Chuhai Cloud collects the messages and comments that come in on the accounts a company owns into a single queue, so a buyer in another time zone is not left waiting because nobody had that app open.

One queue

Direct messages from the connected WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts appear in one list, filtered by platform, by unread, or by unanswered. Each conversation shows the platform it came from, the account it arrived on, and who on the team is handling it.

Comments

Comments left on the customer's own posts are collected the same way, so a question asked under a video is answered as reliably as one sent by direct message. Replies are posted back through the platform's official comment API, on the customer's own content.

Translation

Most of these conversations are between a Chinese seller and a buyer who does not speak Chinese. Chuhai Cloud shows an inline translation of an inbound message and can draft a reply in the buyer's language. The person sending it sees the exact text that will be sent and can edit it first. Nothing is auto-replied.

Messaging rules we follow

The messaging window. Meta and WhatsApp limit how long after a customer's last message a business may reply, and what may be sent outside that window. Chuhai Cloud shows the remaining window on the conversation and blocks sends that the platform would reject, rather than letting a user discover the rule as an error.

Inbound only. The inbox is for conversations the customer's own audience started, and for people the customer is already talking to. It is not a tool for sending unsolicited messages, and it has no facility for importing a list of strangers to message.

Owned accounts only. Every message read or sent goes through the token of an account the customer connected themselves.
