Plans

Chuhai Cloud is sold as a subscription to the software. That licence fee is our only revenue: we take no share of your ad spend, no commission on what you sell, and no fee per post.

What a subscription includes

TierWho it fitsWhat it covers
Starter One brand, one or two markets, a small team publishing and answering messages themselves. Publishing, the shared inbox and comments, analytics, and a small number of connected accounts and seats.
Team An export company running several product lines across several markets, with a sales team behind the accounts. Everything in Starter, plus the lead pipeline, role-based permissions, activity logs, and a higher account and seat allowance.
Business A company that also runs paid search and wants it in the same dashboard. Everything in Team, plus Google Ads reporting and campaign management, and account and seat allowances set to fit.

Price depends on how many accounts you connect and how many people need a seat, so we quote it per company rather than publishing one number that fits nobody. Write to us and we will send a quote for your account count — see Support.

What is not charged for

Ad spend. You pay Google, TikTok or Meta directly for advertising, on your own billing. We never touch it, and we take no percentage of it.

Sales. We take no commission on any order that comes out of a conversation in the product.

Volume of posts or messages. A subscription is not metered by how much you publish or how many customers write to you.

Common questions

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Tell us how many accounts and people you would start with and we will set up a workspace to evaluate.

Do we need our own developer accounts on each platform?

No. You connect the social and ad accounts you already own, through each platform's normal consent screen. Nothing else is required from you.

What happens to our data if we stop?

Disconnecting an account deletes its stored tokens, and you can ask us to delete the whole workspace. See Security and data handling.
