How the product is set up and used, what each platform requires before an account can be connected, and the questions people ask before they start.
Getting started
- Sign in. A workspace is created for your company when your account is set up. Sign in at chuhai.hanzilla.co/login. Each teammate gets their own login; nobody shares one.
- Add your team. An administrator invites teammates and assigns a role. Roles decide who can publish, who can reply to customers, and who can change an ad campaign.
- Connect your accounts. Each social or ad account is connected by someone who can sign in to it, through that platform's own consent screen. See Connecting accounts below.
- Upload your assets. Put the videos and images you publish into the asset library, grouped however your team thinks about them — by product line, by market, by campaign.
- Publish, then watch. Create a publishing task, select the accounts it goes to, and confirm. Results come back onto the publish board and into analytics as the platforms report them.
Connecting accounts
Every connection is an OAuth grant made by the person who controls the account, on the platform's own screen. Chuhai Cloud never asks for, sees or stores a platform password. What you grant is listed on that screen before you approve it, and it can be withdrawn later from the platform's own settings as well as from inside Chuhai Cloud.
| Platform | What you need first | What connecting enables |
|---|---|---|
| TikTok | A TikTok account you own, signed in on the device you connect from. | Publishing to that account, reading its own posts and statistics, and reading and replying to comments and messages on its own content. |
| YouTube | The Google account that owns the channel. Brand channels must be connected by an owner or manager. | Uploading to that channel and reading that channel's own statistics. |
| An Instagram professional (business or creator) account, linked to the Facebook Page it belongs to. Personal accounts cannot be connected — this is Instagram's rule, not ours. | Publishing to that account, reading its own insights, and handling its messages and comments. | |
| A Facebook Page, connected by someone with a management role on it. | Publishing to the Page, reading the Page's own insights, and handling the Page's messages and comments. | |
| A WhatsApp Business account with a number that is not already registered to the WhatsApp consumer app. | Receiving and replying to customer conversations inside the messaging window WhatsApp allows. | |
| Google Ads | A Google account with access to the Google Ads account you want to link. | Reading that account's campaigns and daily performance, and pausing or resuming its campaigns. See Google Ads. |
Disconnecting. Removing an account in Chuhai Cloud deletes the stored access tokens for it, and the application stops calling that platform on your behalf. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings — for Google accounts, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Publishing a post
- Pick the asset. Choose a video or image from your library and write the caption for each language you are posting in.
- Pick the accounts. Select the connected accounts that should receive it. Each target shows its platform and account name.
- Set the platform options. Visibility, comment settings and the other options each platform exposes are set on the task.
- Publish or schedule. Confirm to publish now, or set a time. Nothing leaves Chuhai Cloud without this confirmation.
- Check the board. The publish board shows what each platform accepted, and the engagement it reports back afterwards. If a platform rejected an item, its own error message is shown on that item.
Frequently asked questions
Does Chuhai Cloud need my TikTok or Instagram password?
No, and it has nowhere to put one. Every connection is an OAuth grant made on the platform's own sign-in screen. We receive a token scoped to what you approved, never your credentials.
Can it follow, like or comment on other people's accounts to grow mine?
No. The platforms do not offer those actions to applications like ours, and we do not simulate them by other means. Chuhai Cloud works on the accounts you own and the conversations your own audience starts.
Can it post to an account I have not connected?
No. An account appears in the product only after its owner has completed that platform's consent screen inside Chuhai Cloud.
Why are yesterday's numbers still changing?
Because the platforms settle interaction data over a day or two. Follower counts and post metadata are current; views, likes and comments arrive with the platform's own delay. We show what the platform reports rather than estimating.
Where is my data stored, and can I get it deleted?
On servers in Hong Kong, in your company's own workspace. Deletion is described on Security and data handling — disconnecting an account removes its tokens, and you can ask us to delete a workspace outright.
Is the service available outside China?
Yes. Chuhai Cloud is operated by 1583523 B.C. LTD. in Canada and is available to businesses globally in markets where the connected platforms operate. It is not restricted to mainland China or to China-based customers. The interface is in Simplified Chinese because the product is designed primarily for Chinese-speaking cross-border teams. Chuhai Cloud does not provide, resell or proxy access to a platform in a region where that platform is unavailable.
What does it cost?
See Plans. It is a subscription for the software; we take no share of your ad spend and no commission on anything you sell.
